1. What is a Wholesale Account?
A wholesale account is designed for businesses purchasing merchandise in bulk for resale or commercial use. Eligible businesses include:
Retail storefronts and online shops
Distributors and re-sellers
Flea market and farmer’s market vendors
Traveling or event-based sellers
Church or school fundraising programs
Street vendors and pop-up shops
If you are purchasing merchandise for resale, our wholesale program is designed for you.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Valid Resale License / Tax ID:
You must provide a state resale certificate (Tax ID number) to verify tax-exempt status for resale.
Proof of Business Operations:
Acceptable documentation includes a state-issued certificate, business card, or a company website that demonstrates resale activity.
Minimum Order Requirement:
Wholesale orders require a $100 minimum purchase per transaction.
Case Quantity Purchases:
Wholesale items must be purchased in case or package quantities; breaking packages is not permitted unless specified.
Annual Account Verification:
Wholesale accounts are reviewed annually for continued eligibility. Inactive accounts or those with changes in ownership must reapply.
Geographic Restrictions:
Businesses located within 5 miles of our retail store may be subject to additional review or restrictions.
Non-Transferable Accounts:
Wholesale accounts cannot be transferred or used for personal purchases. Personal purchases must be made using a separate retail account.
Right to Deny or Revoke:
We reserve the right to deny or revoke wholesale privileges at our discretion for misuse, inactivity, or failure to comply with policy.
3. Product Availability & Pricing
Not all products are available for wholesale. Please refer to our "Wholesale Merch" category for currently eligible products.
Product availability and wholesale pricing are subject to seasonal changes and may vary due to stock levels.
Prices may change without prior notice. Confirm pricing before submitting orders.
4. How to Apply for a Wholesale Account
Register Online:
Complete our Wholesale Registration Form [link or location] with your business and Tax ID information.
Verify Your Account:
After registration, call us at (210) 738-1189 (or 1-888-235-9360) to confirm your information.
Account Activation:
Once approved, you will see "Wholesale (Approved)" status in your account. Log in to view wholesale pricing.
Pending or Denied Accounts:
If your account status remains "Pending" or shows "WS Denied", contact us to resolve any missing information or discrepancies.
Multi-Store or International Buyers:
If you manage multiple locations or require international sales support, contact our administrative team at 1-888-235-9360 after registering.
5. Order Process for Wholesale Buyers
Log in to your wholesale account before adding items to your cart to ensure proper pricing.
Wholesale orders must meet quantity minimums and cannot be split into retail units.
Reorders should be placed regularly to maintain account status and ensure product availability.
6. Important Notes
Wholesale accounts are strictly for resale purchases. Personal-use purchases under wholesale status are prohibited.
