Taxes
Sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to Texas addresses unless a valid tax-exempt form has been provided.
For shipments outside of Texas, customers are responsible for complying with their local and state tax laws.
Tax rates are based on the current rates in San Antonio, Texas and are subject to change without notice.
Order Acceptance & Stock Availability
Submission of an order or receipt of confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order or limit quantities.
You will only be charged for items that are shipped.
Stock availability is subject to change without notice. We may verify inventory manually and will notify you of any shortages or revised shipping timelines.
Shipping Policies
All shipments are FOB/FCA San Antonio, Texas (Incoterms 2010)
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and freight carriers (prefered is XPO).
Shipping rates are estimates and may be adjusted for oversized/overweight orders. We will contact you for approval before charging any additional shipping fees.
Available Shipping Methods:
Standard Ground (1–6 days): Orders placed by 2 PM CST ship same day; after 2 PM, next-day pickup applies.
Freight/Palletized (2–14 days): $110–$400 per pallet (40”x48”x84”, ≤900 lbs). Additional fees apply for residential, limited access, lift-gate, or remote deliveries.
In-Store Pickup (Free): 102 W. Rector, San Antonio, TX 78216. We will notify you when your order is ready.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (2nd Day Air/Next Day Air). Orders must be placed before 10 AM CST. Extra charges apply (4–7x standard rates). Limited availability during peak season (March 1–May 1).
International Shipping: Not currently available.
Order Processing Times & Delivery
Orders typically ship same day if placed before 11 AM CST (Standard Ground only).
Fiesta Season Delays: From March–April, processing times may extend to 2–6 days due to high demand. Order early to avoid delays.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders may be modified or canceled only before shipment. Contact Soul Heart Hands, LLC immediately for changes.
Address changes after shipment will incur additional shipping fees.
Orders refused or returned will be subject to full freight charges.
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before submitting.
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Merchandise
All sales are final. Refunds are not available.
Exchanges: Unopened and unused merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided shipping costs (both ways) are covered or exchanged for store credit.
Damaged Items:
Accept all packages and immediately note damage with the delivery carrier.
Notify FIESTASTORE.COM within 5 business days and provide photos of the damage.
Retain all packaging for carrier inspection.
Failure to report damage within 5 days may void claims.
Insurance: Orders are insured up to $100 by default. Additional coverage may be requested for an extra fee at checkout.
Product Disclaimer
Handmade Items: Slight variations in color, shape, or size are normal and part of the uniqueness of artisan goods.
Color Accuracy: Product colors may vary due to monitor settings or manufacturer dye changes.
Packaging: We use recycled materials to reduce costs and environmental impact. Labels on reused boxes may not match contents; refer to your invoice for accuracy.
