1. Shipping Methods, Quotes, and Transit Times

All shipments are made FOB/FCA Origin – San Antonio, Texas (Incoterms 2010). Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier picks up the order.

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and certified freight carriers (preferred: XPO). Shipping costs are based on weight, size, destination, and handling. Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping. If additional charges apply, we will notify you for approval before shipping.

We may also contact you if special delivery arrangements are needed or if actual costs differ from the initial estimate.

Shipping Policy (Quick Summary)

Origin: Ships from San Antonio, TX (FOB/FCA Origin).

Carriers: USPS, FedEx, and certified freight carriers.

Processing Time: Orders placed by 11 AM CST usually ship the same day. During Fiesta season (March–April), allow 2–6 business days.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Ground: 1–6 business days (orders under 150 lbs).
  • Freight/Palletized: For oversized or bulk orders (2–14 business days).
  • In-Store Pickup: Free at 102 W. Rector, San Antonio, TX 78216.
  • Expedited (2nd Day/Next Day): Available if ordered by 10 AM CST.
  • International: Not currently available outside the continental U.S.

Costs: Calculated by weight, size, and destination. Additional charges for oversized or freight shipments require approval before processing.

Damages or Delivery Issues: Report within 5 business days with photos to file a claim.

2. Shipping Options

1. Standard Ground (1–6 Business Days)

Orders placed by 2 PM CST ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Applies to orders under 150 lbs and delivered by FedEx or UPS.

2. Freight / Palletized Shipping (2–14 Business Days)

For oversized, heavy, or bulk orders over 150 lbs. Cost typically ranges $110–$400 per pallet (40" x 48" x 84", =900 lbs) based on distance from San Antonio.

Curbside delivery only. Additional fees may apply for residential addresses, trade shows, limited-access sites, liftgate service, or low-clearance areas. Full truckload (28–53 ft trailers) is available upon request.

3. In-Store Pickup (FREE)

Pickup at Fiesta At North Star®, 102 W. Rector, San Antonio, TX 78216. We will notify you when your order is ready. Call ahead or note pickup details during checkout if needed.

4. Expedited Shipping (2nd Day or Next Day Air)

Available upon request for select items. Must order by 10 AM CST.

5. International & Non-Continental U.S. Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping or service outside the continental U.S.

3. Processing & Lead Times

Standard Processing: Orders placed before 11 AM CST usually ship the same day.

High Season: During Fiesta (March–April), processing may extend to 2–6 business days due to demand.

Processing times do not include transit times. Inventory may fluctuate during peak season, so ordering early is recommended.

4. Important Notes

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance or unforeseen delays.

Verify your shipping address to avoid delays or re-delivery fees.

We will contact you if issues arise or if additional charges are necessary.

Packaging: We use recycled boxes to reduce costs and waste. Labels may not match contents; always refer to your invoice.
